Try this first.
I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. If you used Google sign-in, tap the Google button — not the email/password form. If you've forgotten your password, use Sign in → Forgot password; the reset link is good for 30 minutes.
A purchase didn't go through.
Restore purchases from Profile → Settings → Restore purchases. If the entitlement still doesn't show up after a minute, email us with the receipt from your Play Store or App Store order history and we'll fix it manually.
I think a question has the wrong answer.
Tap the flag icon on the post-match question review and tell us why. An editor reviews every flag; if you're right, we fix it and credit the players who got hit by the wrong key.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account in the app. Full details and a fallback email path at /account-deletion.
Someone is harassing me in chat.
Use the report button on their profile or the post-match screen, then block them. Reports go to a human reviewer and we act fast on harassment.
