BrainClash
§ 03House rules

Terms of service.

In effect — 2026-05-03

These terms are the agreement between you and BrainClash when you use our app or website. Read them — they're short, plain, and binding once you sign up. If a clause doesn't work for you, don't create an account.

§ 01Your account

  • You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to register.
  • One account per person. Don't share it; don't impersonate someone else.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect access by someone else, change your password and write to us.

§ 02How to play fair

While using BrainClash, you agree not to:

  • Cheat — using bots, automated answer lookups, multi-accounting, or exploiting bugs to inflate your rank
  • Harass other players, send abusive messages, or post hateful content
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • Resell access, in-game items, or accounts

We can suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules. Serious breaches get a permanent ban; minor ones usually get a warning first.

§ 03Purchases

  • In-app purchases are billed by the platform store (Google Play, App Store) under their refund policy.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel through your platform's settings; canceling on our side does not cancel platform billing.
  • Cosmetics and Pro features are licensed to your account, not owned. They don't transfer if you delete the account.

§ 04The questions

Questions, answers, categories, and editorial content in the app belong to BrainClash. You may use them inside the game; you may not republish them as a question bank.

If you spot a wrong answer, flag it from the post-match screen and we'll review it. If we agree, we fix the question and credit affected players where reasonable.

§ 05What you post

User content (display names, messages, flagged-question notes) must not be unlawful, obscene, or infringing. By posting it, you grant us a license to host and display it for the purpose of running the service.

§ 06Service availability

We aim to keep the game running, but we don't promise zero downtime. We may take the service down for maintenance, change features, or retire the product. If we sunset BrainClash, we'll give notice and stop new charges.

§ 07Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost rankings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law says can't be limited (gross negligence, fraud, death/personal injury caused by us).

§ 08Closing your account

You can leave any time — how to delete your account. We can also close inactive accounts after a long period of dormancy (we'll email first).

§ 09Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
